These rattan sheets work with light oak, maple, pine, whitewashed finishes, and painted cabinetry in virtually any color. All of our cane webbing is handwoven by skilled artisans in Vietnam — not machine-produced.

Why Is It Called Radio Weave?

The open square lattice gets its nickname from its widespread use in vintage radio cabinet grilles. Today it remains one of the most versatile patterns for chair restoration, cabinet panels, headboards, and room dividers.

How to Order

Enter the number of feet you need as your quantity. Your cane webbing will be cut from a continuous 36″ wide roll. For bulk inquiries contact us before ordering.

Installation Tips

• Soak in warm water 60 minutes to 3 hours before installation — makes the rattan pliable and reduces cracking
• Spline-channel method: press dampened webbing into the routed groove, seat the spline, allow to dry under tension
• Staple/tack method: apply light tension while attaching, allow to dry flat
• Cut with sharp scissors or a craft knife against a straight edge
