Shipping Options
At Natural Artisan Home, we are happy to offer free nationwide shipping on all orders of $75 or more. For orders less than $75, we offer a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95. Orders ship within 1-2 days from our Wisconsin warehouse.
We ship anywhere in the continental mainland United States, using USPS or UPS. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories at this time.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with the handcrafted products you receive from Natural Artisan Home. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original tag and packaging intact. In short, returns must be in a condition that allows us to resell the item. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.
Please note: Slight variations in size, shape, and color are to be expected, as our products are handmade from natural materials.
Cane Webbing
Custom-cut portions of our cane webbing are not eligible for return, as they are cut to customer specifications at the time of order. We suggest customers order a sample to ensure the webbing they order meets their needs and desired weave and color specifications.
To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and a brief explanation. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.
📦 Shipping Costs for Returns

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

If the item is not defective and you are returning due to preference or sizing, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support-at-naturalartisanhome.com and we will message you back with further steps for an exchange. If the item you ordered arrives defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping if needed. In such an instance, please contact us at support@naturalartisanhome.com to find a solution. In the end, it is our top priority to make customers satisfied with their purchases!
Steps to follow for returns and exchanges:
- Within 30 days of date of purchase, send an email to support-at-naturalartisanhome.com with email subject [RETURN REQUEST – Order number_______]
- We will respond to your request via email with an attachment including a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Wait for an email from us, confirming that the returned items were received. Refunds will be given as soon as we receive the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Please allow 3 days for processing of refunds, once you have received our confirmation email.
